Using VeriSpec
You may use VeriSpec only if you can form a binding agreement and will comply with these terms and applicable law.
You are responsible for your account, organization access, submitted specs, documentation URLs, and all activity under your credentials.
Customer content
You retain ownership of API specs, documentation, uploads, and other materials you submit. You grant VeriSpec the rights needed to host, process, analyze, transform, and display that content to provide the service.
Do not submit content you do not have permission to use, or secrets that should not be processed by a cloud service.
Reports and recommendations
VeriSpec provides readiness analysis, scores, findings, and suggested fixes for API design and documentation workflows.
Reports are informational and may be incomplete or inaccurate. VeriSpec is not a penetration test, legal review, compliance certification, or runtime security monitoring service.
Billing
Paid plans, usage limits, renewal terms, taxes, and cancellation options are shown during checkout or inside the product.
Unless stated otherwise at checkout, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Restrictions
You may not abuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape, resell, or bypass limits in the service, or use VeriSpec to process unlawful, harmful, or unauthorized material.
We may suspend or terminate access if we believe an account violates these terms or creates risk for VeriSpec, other users, or third parties.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent allowed by law, VeriSpec disclaims implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, VeriSpec will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill.
